Here at Mana Foods we have recently introduced fresh pasta made in-house by Marco Graziani, and his wife, Dana Graziani, who hail from Avezzano, Italy, outside of Rome. Together they work magic with the pasta machine and churn out fresh raviolis, stuffed with fresh spinach and ricotta cheese, as well as spinach, wheat, and gluten-free pastas.
