Maka Juice Bar and Barista
We are currently seeking an inspired and motivated Barista to join our Mana Foods Ohana!

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the following:
• Accurately and efficiently process customers' transactions while providing fast and friendly service.

• Cashiers often bag their customers' orders.
• They assist in the cleaning and dusting of the check stands and surrounding areas.
• Taking “return” products back to proper shelf locations.

Cashier Supervisor
We are currently seeking an inspired and motivated Cashier Supervisor to join our Mana Foods Ohana!
Cashier Supervisors are responsible for the following:
• Accurately and efficiently process customers' transactions while providing fast and friendly service.
• Meet the standards of excellent customer service.
• Supervise all cashiers scheduled on shift, ensuring breaks and cashier service is provided as needed.
• Provide cash drops, change, returns/refunds, and other support for all transaction and/or customer issues that arise.
• Ensure cashier drawers are set up and stocked at the beginning of the day for both shifts, including properly accounting for cash on hand.
• Count out cashier drawers at the end of the shift.
• Provide training for new cashiers and ongoing guidance as needed for cashier staff.
• Communicate with and seek assistance from other departments/managers as needed.
Other job requirements:
• Assist with bagging customers' orders.
• Ensure front end is kept clean and tidy with baskets, carts and supplies well stocked.
• Assist with monitoring exit door to ensure customers have receipts/bagged items.
• Ensure returned products are taken back to proper shelf locations.
• Able to work well with others in a cooperative environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail, to help minimize expenses and loss.
