We're so proud of our deli, hot food bar, salad bar, & bakery and we wanted to share some information from behind the scenes that reveals what it is we mean when we say that we value local, organic, quality, fresh, diverse, and made in house!

- Produce primarily sourced from our Produce Department (approximately 90% organic & 50% local)
- Changing menu according to seasonal availability of local produce

- The highest quality ingredients are used (organic as much as possible). All recipes use gluten free soy sauce and extra virgin olive oil, organic safflower oil, or high-quality rice bran oil. Organic coconut milk used in all recipes that include coconut milk
- Hormone and antibiotic free meats, free range and organic chicken options available
- Local Kulana beef (pasture raised never on old pineapple land)
