Mana Foods is rated best restaurant and specialty food market in Paia by Trip Advisor! Our Deli offers the highest-quality, most extensive hot and cold food bar, salad bar, and soup selection on Maui.

Including head chef Ann Gale, who is approaching her 26th anniversary at Mana Foods, there are 6 chefs in our kitchen per day, each with their own specialty. They are all dedicated to keeping our deli Hawaii’s best!

Everything in our deli is made fresh daily from scratch, using the purest ingredients. We use only extra virgin olive oil and our tamari soy sauce is gluten-free. And can you believe we have found a source for vegan oyster sauce?!? Produce used in the kitchen is from our store, which is over 50% local and 90% organic. All meats are hormone and antibiotic free and humanely raised.

We offer a diverse menu of dishes varying from tropical Thai specialties, sushi and authentic Italian fare to local favorites such as Kalua pork. Fresh sandwiches are made every morning and sell out quickly.

Pasta is made every day in-house by Ana Furnica, our European expert pasta maker.
