Ok, now back to the story…

Who are they?

Social Hour Coffee Roasters was founded and is run by Daniel and Ryan…

“Daniel and Ryan are Social Hour Coffee Roasters. Daniel was born and raised on the island of Maui and has over a decade of experience in the coffee industry. Ryan spent a decade growing coffee shops in Portland, Oregon when Maui called him home.”

“We have the unique experience of roasting coffee in the only state that grows it. We’re proud to call Maui home. And proud to offer an incredible selection of the highest quality Hawaiian coffees alongside equally unique offerings from around the world.”

What’s their story?

“Proudly roasted on the island of Maui, Hawaii, Social Hour has the honor of holding the title of Best Maui Coffee Roaster in 2018 and has back to back Maui Barista Championship titles with Ryan taking the title in 2017 and Daniel claiming it in 2018.”

“We are a wholesale roaster with a mission to come alongside coffee shops, shop owners, and baristas in pursuing the highest quality coffee. We are also a retail and coffee subscription provider with the intent to bring the best coffee experience to the people of Hawaii.”

“We offer a selection of the most unique locally grown Maui coffee varieties including the famed Maui Mokka Peaberry and the Maui Red Catuai, or as we call it, the Red Origin. We complement our outstanding Maui Coffees with an equally exceptional lot of international coffees, with an emphasis on Fair Trade, organically grown, washed process coffees from Honduras, Columbia, and Costa Rica, to name a few.”

Local, social, and high quality! What more can you ask for? Mana is so happy to be working with this company, and believe we could all use a little more social, local and quality in our lives!
