We offer fresh pasta made in our kitchen at Mana Foods!
We love our imported Pama Roma pasta machine and it certainly gets a workout five days a week! If you haven’t visited our fresh pasta section in the store, nows the time to treat yourself! We’ve moved the fresh pasta to the 2 door cooler between the deli and the pasta shelf area.Here you can find our house made spaghetti, fettuccine, pappardelle and strozzapreti, a twisted pasta with quite a history! In addition, we also have available 6 types of ravioli on the shelf. Our pastas are made with semolina flour and eggs.
Our Italian delicacies are inspired by Dana and Marco Graziani, two long time Mana Foods employees. We produce 2 types of ravioli and offer 6 different varieties for you to take home with you and enjoy with your favorite sauce. Come check out our selection and taste the flavors of Italy all the way over here on Maui!

If you’re not interested in making a fabulous Italian dinner, visit our hot food bar where we offer 27 different types of lasagna each week and homemade meatballs too! We have lasagna selections for both the vegetarian and carnivore.
And… if you love our lasagna, special order a lasagna sheet for your next party or family gathering. This is a new popular offering at Mana Foods for a stress free, delicious dinner for many!

If you are a lover of sweets, try our Tiramisu, which is available every day in the cooler next to the deli. A gluten free variety is also available of this traditional dessert. Our Tiramisu is a family recipe and quite popular amongst our customers.
